On the request of parents school is providing transport facilities to the students from school and privately operated van/Rickshaws on the basis of economic feasibility. The school transport is not compulsory for the students from various parts of the town and adjoining areas. School transport facilities can be availed on below listed conditions.

• The routes, pick-up/dropping point & time as per the school schedule is fixed.
• Trip timings may vary from 1:30 - 2:00 hrs. max. depending on the traffic and road conditions.
• Child shall be picked-up and dropped at the nearest point given by the school.
• Van/Rickshaw shall leave student if in case they are not at pick-up point on time.
• If the child is late on a regular feature at the point, the school may withdraw transportation facility.
• The school transport facility is a subsidized service for the convenience of the students & parents, and not a mandatory right.
• No child will be dropped or picked up before and after their respective end destination point without the prior permission of the school.
• In case of any query related to the timings, route etc. parent shall contact transport in-charge.
• The school shall not be held responsible for any mishap or causality during the traveling.
• Any deliberate damage to the van/Rickshaw seats etc. will be fined.
• Student is expected to show exemplary behavior while travelling in the bus.
• In case of withdrawal of van/Rickshaw facility one month written notice must be served to the school.
• The Van/Rickshaw will stop only at its designated stop. Parent should not force the driver/conductor to divert/change the routes.
• If the school transport facility is operated in some special cases and features, the student shall pay as per the distance.
• In case the operation of Van/Rickshaw service is inconvenient, in some specific routes, the school shall withdraw the van/Rickshaw facility.
