Dear Parents,

This Diary is to keep you abreast with the day to day progress and working of your child since it facilitates the students to record the school activities, home assignments and academic instructions. It helps you to be in close contact with the school.

You are requested to ensure the following.

• The diary must be checked every day and the home assignment must be completed everyday.
• If the child is absent, a leave application should be sent, incase the child is absent for medical reasons, a medical certificate should be sent along with the leave application.
• If there is any change in the address, telephone no. the administrative office must be intimated.

While we shall strive our utmost to impart quality education, parents can reinforce our efforts to bring wholesome development of our students by being in close association I solicit your whole hearted co-operation in all our endeavors.
